like true story felicia is pretty much the girl of my dreams and the most beautiful woman my eyes have ever seen!
thats all im saying.
im currently downloading an episode of project runway and top design. if i remember sonia i think was a big fan of that show so im going to give it a try and see if the other episodes are worth getting. top design too im going to test out, that im testing out purely on it being a show about design.
back to felicia, they keep comparing her to tyra when shes waaaaay more like rihanna except rihanna is more like her cause im pretty sure shes older then rihanna, but like i said felicia=girl of my dreams. her eyes alone kill me

well ive been in t.o officialy since friday even though i left on the train at 5:20 on thursday i still didnt arrive in toronto till 1:15am. via rail problems, then go train problems. j train delay five was my name by the end of the night. friday went to buffalo. first time in a real american city besides platsburgh and vermont. it was fun. the city is pretty run down haha. people really do seem bigger down there its weird. we arrived early, real early. nice lady at the ticket counter gave us directions to a local mall. oh ya by ticket counter i mean at the hsbc arena cause steve and i went to go see the canadiens. so went to the mall. was fun. went back, killed time. about 20 minutes before game time, i lost my ticket, weekend was ruined. ran back down to the ticket office, the nice lady who gave us the directions made a joke about how we should be up getting to our seats. we explained the story to her. BOOM she hooked us up with a new ticket for myself. if you want the best part of this story ask me hahaha youll only really get it if you know me well.

well about 4 years ago if you can believe it i was in high school. also about 4 years ago i played my first show at the good old barfly. one of my teachers came to that show and saw me play. i was young and stupid and never truly thanked her and told her how much that ment to me for her to show up like that, my teacher coming to see me play my first show at barfly!! i was told she was in the back with her friends saying "THATS MY STUDENT!!!". well 4 years later the tables have turned and now im the one sitting at home on a saturday night saying "THATS M TEACHER ON SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE!!!!!!!" technically i could have said it 4 years ago but 4 years ago things were different. i really hope she got out of the teaching job at least for awhile to tour with them. she was a great teacher and i saw her as a friend.

so michelle is gone.
it hurts, she by far was the best of them all. natural talent, natural beauty.
caridee i once loved has turned stuck up. eugena is bleh, melrose is the most annoying person the kind that tells the teacher they did the extra problems that were optional.
amanda is a beauty and wants it. shes real. not fake, not a suck up, nothing like the others. just needs her sisters talent

so last night i wound up going all the way to ottawa to see holy fuck, frog eyes and wolf parade all thanks to the wonderful dounia and the holy fuck guest list. holy fuck were soooooo much fun, blue rodeo on drums. frog eyes i wasnt in the mood for. then wolf parade played and i must say, it was much much better and way more enjoyable then the show at le national but it was nowhere near the show last year at fringe pop. got in late, my friend eric had to be at work at 730 and he probably didnt get in till 3 after dropping me off but hey he finally got to see them and for free! he seemed to think it was worth it. hanging out with dounia was awesome. today i woke up early. james came home for the weekend. i took my phone to the fido kiosk in fairview cause it was broken, they replaced it with a brand new one. i then went to futureshop and bought this wonderful 17" imac that im writing this very journal entry from. came with a free 1 gig ipod. my dad had a great idea to give it to my mom for when she goes to the hospital every 3 weeks for her 6 hour treatment. so i gave it to her. shes is extremely happy about the ipod and i think her and my dad are happy on how i really planned the money situation of getting this computer and saved and handled it in a very "grown up" way as it was put.

just got in about 20 minutes ago from a trip to jonquiere. oh my god that place is in the middle of nowhere! highlight was when my mom called me up like 6 hours after we left and went "i just realized how far you are. make sure who ever is driving is extremely careful going through the park. the moose are dangerous in that area"

so i watched we jam econo the minutemen documentry. really really good story. id like to take this oppurtunity to thank dave for way back in the day introducing little old jfive (still in high school) to this dude named mike watt who was coming to town to play a show to promote the release of his book. after all the shows ive been too since then i can honestly say that show blew me away kind of like no other show ive seen since has. it will always be remembered as one of my favorite shows. anyway back to the documentry. it was incredible to see the way all these punk legends were talking about them. all these punks were saying they were blown away by this band because they werent a punk band but they were more of a punk band then some bands will ever be, yet kids would spit on them at shows. they never backed down and they continued to do what they were in to at the time. they took something that wasnt in the mold for punk and made it more punk then any of those kids could handle. someone like ian mackaye says in the doc something along the lines of you had to think to understand what they were doing at the time. at the end i couldnt help but think, fuck this is everything ive been trying to do lately with my hardcore band. people complain and say "oh thats not hardcore, this isnt hardcore enough" im like bah!!! it is!!! look at it closer!!! im not saying what im trying to do is anywhere as huge as what the minutemen did but i guess im trying to mimic it in the more modern day scene where everyone is a tough guy. i dont know, there is a mold right now, i dont want to fit the mold, i dont like the mold and there shouldnt be anything wrong with that. some people just dont see it sometimes. like when they came up with ideas in that band they all understood it. sometimes i get the vibe at tops 1 of them gets it. i get picked on all the time being called a rockstar on public forums and get hassled saying i got a shitty attitude and that i just trash hardcore. its a shame because no matter how much i get hassled i still love to write the music i write for that band and still have this fire to do something different and do something outside the world most kids are living in. basically the minutemen are everything ive wanted to be with my other band i guess.

GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!!
i was very very depressed and thought about how i should drop everything and plan ahead and get a job or something that when all hell breaks lose i would be doing something that was needed by all. kind of like the dudes who control water in tank girl, but back to the serious reality.
if things dont change WE ARE DONE!
go see this movie, get everyone else to see this movie. next election dont vote for harper or the conservatives. this is in my opinion the greatest issue that we face everyday and its dangers are well hidden...hopefully this movie and everyone can change this

i woke up this morning to the news that there will be one less coat laying on the floor, less shoes in the porch and no more confusions about who my shirt was given too. i will now be the only foster child left in montreal. 6 years ago my steve moved to ottawa then 2 years ago he moved to toronto. this morning i found out james is moving to quebec city. he got a job and is moving. im happy for him. finally doing something he wants to do with his life.
